Professional Background

After building a successful 8+ year career in media and technology, I founded Solas Growth Consulting in 2020 to help businesses grow with clarity, strategy, and execution that actually works.

I’m a media and advertising strategist with over a decade of experience helping brands grow through data-driven marketing, compelling creative, and smart digital strategy. Before launching Solas, I built my career in high-performance tech and media environments including HubSpot, Floorforce, WordStream, and Boston Globe Media, where I developed deep expertise in performance marketing, search strategy, and cross-channel growth for small and mid-sized businesses.

I’ve worked across business development, product strategy, and marketing leadership—often stepping in to align teams, clarify priorities, and turn complex goals into scalable, measurable results.

Beyond Work

While my core work lives in media and marketing, I’m also passionate about personal growth and holistic wellness. I run a parallel practice in energy healing and meditation, which brings clarity, patience, and grounded leadership into everything I do.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring art or music, practicing Qi Gong or Pilates, or relaxing at home in Hingham, MA with my two orange cats.

My Approach

My success with clients and in all areas of my life stems from a simple yet crucial ability: I will always figure it out.

That doesn’t mean I always have the “right” answer upfront. It means I know how to ask the right questions, learn quickly, and move forward with clarity. I’m naturally curious, thorough, and highly adaptable. When I don’t know something, I’m humble enough to seek out the right expertise. I research. I test. I learn fast.

What I once dismissed as ordinary, I’ve come to recognize as my greatest strength in business. This ability to ask incisive questions and rapidly build understanding is what took me from a successful career in software sales to leading growth strategy for a startup software company, and eventually into building my own consulting practice full time.

Every project I take on is different. The goals shift. The constraints change. The tools vary. My job is to assess what’s in front of me and push intelligently to create momentum. Sometimes that means rapidly building landing pages and Google Ads campaigns. Other times it means stepping into a product management role, working through complex integrations alongside engineers.

I’m not attached to a single platform or methodology. I focus on the outcome. The product. The results.
