I will always figure it out.

That's the actual thing I sell — not a platform, not a framework, not a fixed process.

Most marketing consultants specialize in one channel and stay there. I move between strategy and execution depending on what a business actually needs that month: building a Google Ads campaign one week, restructuring email flows in HubSpot the next, sitting in on a product conversation with engineers the week after that. I'm not attached to a single methodology. I'm attached to the outcome.

I didn't always have the right answer up front. What I had, and still rely on, is the ability to ask the right questions quickly, learn what I don't know, and keep moving instead of stalling out waiting for certainty. That instinct is what took me from software sales into leading growth strategy for a startup, and eventually into building Solas full-time.

If your business needs someone who shows up with the same five-step framework regardless of the problem in front of them, that's not me.

If you need someone who will actually assess what's happening and push intelligently to create momentum, that's the job.

Where that comes from

Before Solas, I spent eight years inside high-performance media and tech companies — HubSpot, WordStream, Floorforce, and Boston Globe Media — where I built deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, search strategy, and cross-channel growth for small and mid-sized businesses.

I started Solas in 2020 to bring that same level of execution directly to founders and small teams who don't have an in-house marketing department.

Beyond Work

I also run a parallel practice in energy healing and meditation — different field, same underlying skill: helping people get unstuck and move forward with clarity. Outside of work you'll usually find me exploring art or music, on the Pilates mat, or at home in Hingham, MA with my two ginger cats.
